Edoardo E. Ermotti
Edoardo is the Founder & Managing Partner of 14Peaks Capital, where he leads the firm's management, deal sourcing, and investment efforts. He brings several years of experience in VC & PE, having sourced and invested in numerous high-profile and fast-growing tech businesses globally.
Prior to founding 14Peaks Capital, Edoardo held the position of Director at W5 Group, initially based in Switzerland and later in Miami, where he led early-stage VC investments in the technology sector and was involved in several late-stage transactions as well. Between 2019 and 2020, Edoardo worked as an analyst at Bluegem Capital Partners, a London-based mid-market private equity firm investing in consumer brands across Europe. Edoardo has been an active angel investor since 2019, funding and supporting over 25 businesses across various stages and sectors, with a particular focus on B2B SaaS. In addition to his current roles he is a co-founder at 6NINE26 (a UK based angel syndicate), serves as LPA for Motive Ventures, and is a board member at Privilege Student Ventures.
Edoardo holds a Master of Science in Global Banking & Finance from King's College London.
Emanuele is an Investment Director at 14Peaks Capital, in charge of sourcing and executing investments across all of the company’s core sectors. He brings over 8 years of experience in early-stage VC investing and M&A transactions, having closed 15+ deals across a broad range of technology businesses in Europe and US.
Before joining 14Peaks Capital, Emanuele was Head of Portfolio Investments at Serpentine Ventures for 3 years, where he was in charge of sourcing, executing and overseeing early-stage Venture Capital investments in the ICT sector. Prior to that, Emanuele spent 4 years in investment banking at Greentech Capital Advisors (now Nomura Greentech) as an Associate, advising on international M&A transactions in power and sustainability-related technologies.
Emanuele holds Master of Science in Finance at Bocconi University, with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking.
Andreas currently serves as the President and Board Member of Rain Instant Pay, one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the United States. With years of experience in VC investment, he has an unparalleled network that includes some of the most successful tech companies and investors globally.
Prior to his current role, Andreas held various positions within tech firms, including Microsoft. He also founded his own TMT corporate development advisory firm and West Quad Ventures, an early-stage VC private investment office.
Andreas is based in Los Angeles/Miami and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in corporate strategy, finance, and marketing from the University of Michigan.
Christian is currently the co-founder and Managing Director (MD) of DIA, an operational value platform and incubator that focuses on buy-and-build strategies. DIA has launched Unybrands, one of the largest Amazon FBA roll-ups. With years of hands-on operational experience and value creation, Christian has a broad corporate finance background.
Prior to his current role, Christian spent over 10 years in investment banking, beginning his career with Goldman Sachs and later moving on to Morgan Stanley. He then became the Managing Partner of Andante Asset Management, where he focused on direct investments in B2B software and B2C products.
Christian is based in London and holds a Master of Science degree in Management from HHL (Leipzig).
Greg currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Groundspeed, a leading Insurtech company based in the United States. Drawing from over a decade of experience at Goldman Sachs, Greg has extensive experience working with and analyzing early-stage startups across various sectors, as well as a broad and diversified network.
Greg began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 14 years in the Tech Research group, ultimately becoming co-deputy director and the top-ranked IT Services/Fintech analyst. During his time there, he was involved in equity and fixed income transactions totaling over $50 billion. After leaving Goldman Sachs, Greg served as a senior advisor and angel investor in several technology startups and public companies.
Greg is based in Miami and New York City and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
