Edoardo E. Ermotti
Edoardo serves as the Founder & Managing Partner of 14Peaks Capital, where he assumes a leadership role in managing the firm and overseeing the investment process. With a several years of experience in both venture capital and private equity, he has successfully identified and invested in numerous high-profile and rapidly growing technology companies on a global scale.
Before establishing 14Peaks Capital, Edoardo held the position of Director at W5 Group. He initially worked in Switzerland and later in Miami, where he led early-stage VC investments in the technology sector and played a significant role in several late-stage transactions. From 2019 to 2020, Edoardo was a member of the investment team at Bluegem Capital Partners, a London-based mid-market private equity firm specializing in consumer brands across Europe. Additionally, Edoardo has been an active angel investor since 2019, providing funding and support to more than 25 businesses spanning various stages and sectors, with a specific emphasis on B2B SaaS ventures.
Edoardo's educational background includes a Master of Science in Global Banking & Finance from King's College London.

Emanuele Larocca
Emanuele serves as an Investment Director at 14Peaks Capital, responsible for the sourcing and execution of investments across all of the company's core verticals. With over 8 years of experience in early-stage venture capital investing and M&A transactions, he has successfully closed several deals spanning a wide range of technology businesses in both Europe and the United States.
Before joining 14Peaks Capital, Emanuele held the position of Head of Portfolio Investments at Serpentine Ventures for a period of 3 years. In this role, he oversaw the entire process of sourcing, executing, and managing early-stage Venture Capital investments within the ICT sector. Prior to that, Emanuele spent 4 years in investment banking at Greentech Capital Advisors (now Nomura Greentech), where he served as an Associate. During his tenure, he provided valuable advisory services for international M&A transactions in the power and sustainability-related technologies sector.
Emanuele's educational background includes a Master of Science in Finance from Bocconi University, with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking.

Cora Jimenez
Cora servers as the Operations Manager at 14Peaks Capital, assuming full responsibility for overseeing all operational aspects within the organization. With a wealth of experience gained from roles in the venture capital and insurance sectors, she possesses a profound understanding of organizational dynamics and efficiency.
Prior to joining 14Peaks Capital, Cora held the position of Operations and HR Manager at the Swiss Ventures Group for nearly three years. In this role, she managed daily operational functions and handled human resources matters while also providing on-demand support to portfolio companies. Her expertise extended to facilitating business interactions with stakeholders and partners. Before that, Cora worked in various capacities within one of Spain's largest private insurance and social security companies, spanning roles in both human resources and finance.
Cora holds a degree from the University Pompeu Fabra, specializing in HR and Labour Relations. She furthered her education by completing a PgCert in Personal and Executive Coaching at the Barcelona School of Management

Luca Dahlhausen
Luca currently serves as the CEO of Realfinity, a cutting-edge proptech company headquartered in the United States, specializing in providing embedded financial solutions to the real estate industry. With a wealth of experience spanning the U.S. and European lending and real estate sectors, Luca's primary focus lies in assessing early-stage enterprises within the field of proptech.
Luca's professional journey began at ALP.X Group, an innovative investment and asset management firm backed by Germany's largest real estate developers, focusing on real assets and proptech growth investments. Subsequently, he took on the role of Associate to the CEO at LendUS, a $8 billion-a-year mortgage lender, which achieved a successful exit in early 2022 to one of the top five U.S. mortgage lenders.
Luca is based in Miami and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich (TUM)

Andreas Penna
Andreas currently serves as the President and Board Member of Rain Instant Pay, one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the United States. With years of experience in VC investment, he has an unparalleled network that includes some of the most successful tech companies and investors globally.
Prior to his current role, Andreas held various positions within tech firms, including Microsoft. He also founded his own TMT corporate development advisory firm and West Quad Ventures, an early-stage VC private investment office.
Andreas is based in Los Angeles/Miami and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in corporate strategy, finance, and marketing from the University of Michigan.

Christian Harnischfeger
Christian is currently the co-founder and Managing Director of DIA, an operational value platform and incubator that focuses on buy-and-build strategies. DIA has launched Unybrands, one of the largest Amazon FBA roll-ups. With years of hands-on operational experience and value creation, Christian has a broad corporate finance background.
Prior to his current role, Christian spent over 10 years in investment banking, beginning his career with Goldman Sachs and later moving on to Morgan Stanley. He then became the Managing Partner of Andante Asset Management, where he focused on direct investments in B2B software and B2C products.
Christian is based in London and holds a Master of Science degree in Management from HHL (Leipzig).

Greg Gould
Greg currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Groundspeed, a leading Insurtech company based in the United States. Drawing from over a decade of experience at Goldman Sachs, Greg has extensive experience working with and analyzing early-stage startups across various sectors, as well as a broad and diversified network.
Greg began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 14 years in the Tech Research group, ultimately becoming co-deputy director and the top-ranked IT Services/Fintech analyst. During his time there, he was involved in equity and fixed income transactions totaling over $50 billion. After leaving Goldman Sachs, Greg served as a senior advisor and angel investor in several technology startups and public companies.
Greg is based in Miami and New York City and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
